At RAM ENTERPRISE, we use only angular contact bearings and cylindrical roller bearings with bronze retainers, and we never use bearings with phenolic or polybromide retainers. We also repair all bearing seats, boxes, and air gaps, ensuring that they conform to the manufacturer’s specified dimensions.

Our reconditioning process also involves grinding all rotors to restore the specified clearances, and we offer additional services as required, including repairing cracks in the stator housing, discharge end housing, or inlet end housing, regrinding above housings, and repairing or replacing sealing strips on rotors. We also perform dynamic balancing of rotors and shafts to the ISO 1940 standard when needed, and thoroughly test and evaluate the performance of the reconditioned equipment.
